The plan

I pretty much agree with your plan Tom...wish you were in charge. But like some of the other ladies, I wonder what would happen to our economy if your draft were enacted? I especially agree with your plan to return all here guard and reservists and train & equip them.

My other question is how would we pay for all of this, is there some way to have Iraq pay the costs? Not to sound flippant, but could they become the supplier of oil to the US for the foreseable future?

One other question....OPTEMPO?

On a personal level, not too thrilled about 40 being the cutoff for your draft, as Mike is not 40 yet, and I would not want to send my DH off, however, if duty called and he were called, I'd send him off and he would willingly go. It's been stressful enough having a cousin who's now serving his second tour over there.
