Also, I think people very easily forget that even as citizens, you lose numerous rights the second you're arrested for a crime. And you lose even more if you're convicted. Detainees sometimes have even more "rights" than American citizens, so using the words "rights" and "terrorists" in the same sentence is a concept that is not only senseless, but foolish, too. :)
