so, denying access to laws, force feeding, keeping them shackled all the time is being more careful? the beaten domestic prisoner has a lawyer who hears him. has a court system who hears him. detainees are denied access to red cross representatives to make sure that they are being treated humanely. how is that being more careful? are we watching the same news reports? and before everyone goes on about CNN vs Fox, let me say that I watch Canadian news, somewhat more unbiased I would say.
