My other thoughts are different. If you take a group of highly trained, intelligent, out of the box, creative, high energy guys(like SEALS) and expect them to contiually evolve and personally expand themselves and their overall capabilities, how does said SEAL continue to take orders without question? How does a person of your strength reconcile himself to having someone else in charge? You readily admit that the higher ups are often not as trained or the best decision makers. So what is the psychology behind being out of the box thinkers yet always at someone elses mercy when it comes to orders? My understanding about the military is that you cannot say no without severe reprimand. So what keeps this self actualized man with the ability to not get court marshalled. Do men find it harder to be soldiers as they mature into thier own power? Sorry so long. I guess I had too much time to think. I thank you for whatever part of this you wish to answer. Rose
