but it is more clinical than intellectual. By that I mean, when I am trying to help an organization or a person deal with challenges, I try to get them to internalize what they are asking of themselves throughout the day/year whatever--so what you need to be doing is the critical thing, not what you might be able to do or have down in the past--though those are important planning considerations--and I want to break down the emotional attachment to the term.
