2. Got a question. I need some exercise recommendations to fix a problem. When it comes to shooting, I'm good at actually hitting the target. Dad taught me to shoot a longgggg time ago, so it's very much 'instinct shooting' rather than 'trying to use sights'. But paper targets and real world targets (CQB/Combat Shooting)are two totally different types of shooting.
My problem is that my target acquisition speed sucks. I can hit what I can see, but in a real world situation, by the time I actually SEE what I'm supposed to hit it would be way too late. It's like my IFF/processor speed is in slo-mo.
Are there any exercises I can do to increase my ability to acquire and accurately identify target rapidly?
Thanks,
Deb
