Question for Tom about women in the Teams

I have been wondering what you think about women wanting to be SEALS? In fact what seems to be the avarage opinion about that? Does it ever get talked about in just general conversation? I've read alot of fiction that makes it sound like the average SEAL would be rather "upset" if this were ever to happen.
