oh crap, another class war

capability---in the Navy example AND in an effort to determine what needed to be protected to remain mission effective, there was a "priviledged class", and "priviledged vessels"--had nothing to do with rank or pedigree---old Admirals were more disposable than LT fighter jocks--

so--I do not believe anyone is strategically critical, and if they are, we need to correct that situation immediately--if--if we managed to acknowledge how robust we are and from a non-look-out-for-me perspective plotted the best cousre for the nation--it would involve a thorought consideration of the parameters within which it was okay to succeed
