"in the Command" ,"Large Commands" what makes a command? How do you define it and what would be your definition of a "Large Command" and than would that only have One CMC ? Also when you say "resource for issue regarding enlisted folks" does that cover everything or only say the rules and regulations etc. I hope I didn't confuse you ( like I did myself) with these questions.
