don't forget 'dumping'

they will actually sell a product for cheaper than what it can be made for until it drives the American companies out of business and then they can hike the rates to whatever they want because there is no longer any competition to speak of. That's why Big US Steel wants tariffs (so the prices stay equitable and they can compete) and China wants no tariffs at all so they can destroy the greedy American's home based industry by offering a cheaper product (hellloooo Wallllmartttttt)
