Do the seasoned members of the Team feel pressure to set the bar for the newbie? Have you ever been in a situation where the 40 something guy couldn't beat the newbie? Chuck Pfarrer talked about a Team member in a combat zone who had lost the will to fight (my words). How would you handle that situation?
OH and thanks for the insight on the corsage pinning. Here I thought the guy just had to keep from drawing blood... Although, if he touched the breast in front of a father, there would be bloodshed.
