Homemade macaroni and cheese - creamy, with lots of cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top - is something I always make when I'm asked to contribute food for a fundraiser. Tomorrow my dd's high school youth group is selling casseroles to serve on Superbowl Sunday to raise money for an upcoming trip and I made 3. I think the reason they always sell quickly is that they bring back memories of childhood meals.
