This really does sound great---

for some reason I wanted to add cabbage to the potatoes when I read the recipe. Or maybe I should just make it and have steamed cabbage with it---that way even Jim and my son will eat it if they don't see the cottage cheese go in. It is easier to hide cottage cheese than cabbage. : )
