We HAVE specific names

That's why I'm confused. My friend is being told that they aren't passing packages through right now. And he IS active duty right now.

And yet, all of you here haven't heard that, so I don't know what to do. I don't want to send a package just to have it sit somewhere. Apparently the crack down is because there has been a huge influx of packages for the holidays.

We would be sending from military family to military family, so it's not going to be FROM just anyone TO just anyone.
