is this just in the last few days?

I have been corresponding with a Navy hospital chief in western Iraq and have 4 packages to ship out Monday. The last I heard from him was Wednesday when he confirmed the address. He didn't mention any restrictions.

It has been my understanding that everything has to be addressed to an individual, not just to "any soldier" ... but that restriction has been in effect for at least a year.

For anyone looking to help but not knowing somebody over there, check http://www.anysoldier.com/WhereToSend/ as I see they have added a ton of names in the last few days.
