FYI, the cookies made it, all the way to wherever he is! :) All in once piece and apparently not as hard as rocks! LOL! I chose a molasses cookie recipe, wrapped them tightly in ziploc bags, aluminum foil and bubble wrap. Tucked small candy suckers all around as more packaging! Sent them out on the 11th of October, and Mike got them Thursday, I think. He said they were great! I think he and his brother (in same outfit) wolfed them down immediately. :) I'm just happy they didn't have to use them for target practice! I told him if they were too bad, to lob them at the troublemakers and take some out permanently...
So I'm going to do it again, this time maybe oatmeal raisin, or peanut butter.
Doin' a little happy dance - I can just see the smile on Mikey's face! Whoot!
