oops--hit post by accident

so maybe a safety isn't a bad idea :) anyway, M4 or H&K 308? well, if you are 600 yds away, I'll take the 308--point being that the importance of the weapon is relative to the job required. There is very little differentiation in hand guns. My favorite remains the staines steel S&W 626 for one reason--it always fires. Yes, it is a revolver, yes it is haevy, yes it is big, but the dang thing goes bang even after its been on my hip for a week and my hip has been underwater the whole time--of course, most of the time all the other pistols will fire too--I just like the revolver
