are afraid--okay concerned with the recoil and are jerking the trigger. Unload your gun---okay now unload it again--put a sharp pencil in the barrel--lead out--and a piece of paper on the wall. Lightly press the pencil against the pair and dry fire. Slow your pull down until you don't make a mark on the paper--repeat 1000 times--reload your weapon and pull the trigger the same way---only not pointing at the wall
