O.K., then that brings up the questions: is this a volunteer draft? how long will your draft take? are you talking about sending your draftees added to the 130,000 that are already there? how long would you leave the HMMV's on every corner, and would that stop the IED's? do you have plans on the training of the Iraqi's to govern and protect themselves?
