Hey Kerrit--SERE is a follow-on school and not required but recommended. I never went cause I never had the time. But it occurs after you get your Trident. We don't do a lot of cross training with other US Forces. We do joint training as in we are wrking together, but we don't train, say, Marine Recon in swimming--generally
