regarding my previous line of:
hopefully, they may automatically toss all those lacking merit, in the simple interest of judicial progress.

With respect to "merit" - I should add here that any good attorney will tell you he can ALWAYS effectively argue either side of a case.....

so the "merit" would be determined on a case by case basis, have appeal outcomes from higher courts, etc.

I was not suggesting they simply toss cases by the boat load!
