run, bike and lift--though I've been taking a few weeks off for about two months...but I am going to start again seriously in the fall--oops that is today--I don't enjoy swimming ver much anymore, so tend to not get into the pool. I also do some rowing.
You should check out my friends system. It is interesting in several aspects, but the biggest is that it is built based on day-to-day movement. So instead of high stress weights, it is fairly light an uses repetitive motion at speed to build cardio. One of the many considertions was how to strengthen the body for day to day activity--like picking a baby up out of a car seat and place him/her into a stroller etc
