Tom.....Ignorance is Bliss Theory?

So a lot of Americans seem to believe that Ignorance is Bliss and they think it is better that we don't know things that the Pentagon, CIA, FBI, NSA, military, etc. know. But with all this talk of terrorism, I wonder....Do you think ignorance is really bliss or is just plain ignorance and an unwillingness to believe reality on the part of the common folks? And how much do YOU think the common person really needs to know about the safety and security in this country?
