really isn't the point...Blackwater's "motive" isn't the issue...the issue is the Superintendent stating that "civilians" are not to carry a weapon...Now I am not a member of the NRA, etc.etc....but really....What is happening here..........reminds me of the book "Lord of the Flies"....this situation just keeps going from bad to worse....if this can happen in NO, what is to say that my local law enforcement agency can't come to my house right now and take all my rifles? Not to mention any other item they deem unacceptable? All I was looking for is clarification on how the Superintendent was able to declare this....? anyone know?
