How did you feel he should respond? He was ASKED to state an opinon...DUE to HIS PERSONAL expereince/expertise/POV....that is what he did...
You keep repeating "his hypothesis and Human condition"....again he was asked for his POV...that being said, yet again...you are still saying "his experience on the human condition may need some new inputs" (I am pretty sure he has had his fair share of the "human experience" just from what I can glen from his posts, it seems to me has had a very full life with many Human Experiences)..and yet you didn't offer constructive debate material....as far as I can tell the man has 43 years of being who and what he is...I think it would be strange if he were asked to change his POV to that of say, a ballarina/store clerk/President of the USA etc..which is what you are saying he needs to do, unless I am really misunderstanding this....how do you expect him to come at the issue? other than from his POV/which includes his life experiences/ the same as you will come to the table including your life experiences....and no I don't think it is my responsibilty to defend him personally/ as someone else stated he is more than capable of doing that himself...what I would like to defend is his right to express an opnion/and your right to disagree/ without it turning into a name calling/finger pointing/slug-fest...whether you agree or disagree with his POV he has the right to respect...respectful language/respectful debate....he has been unfailingly polite to us...I feel we owe him the same consideration...name-calling/put downs etc.. are not IMHO respectful....thanks again Brenda
