Was the transition from being a SEAL to civilian life, difficult, Tom?

AS I watched my son's soccer practice, I wondered about this question. Sometime I hear that it's a hard adjustment to make from a Soldier's point of view. I mean, I try to imagine the intense situations you faced, and some of the things you HAD to do, and the fact that you probably always had to be 'ON' at every given moment. Then you retire, raise a family.....maybe the non-action is alittle on the boring side....Dunno. Would love to hear your opinion on it.
