a good idea gone bad. Yanno depends on whether your party is in office,if you think more government is better IMHO. I betcha if Clinton had been doing illegal wire taps on US citizens "they" would have said , "That's what he learned from his commie studies at Oxford".
BTW not a Clinton fan and it has nothing to do with Monica-gate.
