to be try to count in the wrong direction---if you count up--25 +3+2 you get 30---if you count down--30-3-2 you get 25---if you count up 9+9+9 then you get what the guests actually paid--the 2 dollars is the difference between what they paid and what the manager got--it gets subracted not added-----
