a monster mash is a general term for a long physical training evolution usually encompassing a few different activities--usually reserved for Friday morning PT--but a typical Monster mash would be run three small O-courses, two big o-courses, run a base tour (6miles on LCreek), swim 2miles, run back to the O-course do one of each run back to the compound. Sometimes would throw a shooting evolution. Sometimes it would just be a long run followed by a long swim followed by a long run----basically, the goal is a 3-4 hour workout--
