hard on the knees. And I don't even want to remember how I know this. And yes - I always thought it was stupid. And no - I don't think they really follow that advice from a coach. :D

Being married to an engineer (albeit not a double-E) I don't think the mathmatical equations would work well. Maybe he's just not a true engineer, but he seems to be perfectly happy with....well, I don't think we can take the board there. It's just a little TMI for me. LOL!
