Yes Janet was right...In means Blown in Place...it was in refernce to SEALs finding munitions/weapons etc..in caves in Afgan...and blowing them up in the caves....I am not sure if it is archived...but I think I asked SUPER T something along the lines of....Why, not steal them back? (seeing as how they were ours in the first place:)....T said something to the effect that it isn't worth the time/money etc....I think what started me on that whole train of thought was the article someone had posted about weapons being refurbished and given to the soldiers the SEALs were training.....and OMG I am Babbling:(....I need to go to bed....night
