I have this thing about parking too. If I go shopping with multi-level parking decks I always park on the upper open deck and I don't live in an earth quake area. I also have to admit that I don't like underground parking either but that could just be the low ceilings, my one son has to duck in them. Perhaps it was just too much Towering Inferno and Poisiden Adventure type movies as a kid.
