kind of defeats the purpose of the threat right. I mean, most people run away from someone like that therefore minimizing casualties. Not the goal of a suicide bomber. I don't know what else they could have done..maybe a non-lethal shot...but I wouldn't want to second guess and be wrong. It's just that if he had to physically detonate a bomb that is inside a backpack, and is announcing his intent to the world BEFORE boarding an aircraft? Very suspicious.....
