Yep, tis true. and anybody who naiively believes the government is going to follow its contract because its supposed to without being forced by law, by public opinion or even worse fear of $ repurcussions in regard to "military service" committents is concerned has been sleeping under a rock or as I suspect thought they would be one the "exceptions".
