How many countries will we watch go Nuclear with only the IAEA as a safeguard? The IAEA wants countries to use nuclear energy ,they see it as a positive thing. It seems to be after the fact that they realise oh they were procurring that energy as a weapon. Yeah not a reasssuring scenario, Russia needs money.
