I'd build my base. I'd try to get more people to be willing to think the radical violent way was the right way. The media helps with this, but the actions of the US are helping me the most. When itreacts to our threats secruing possible targets in their country they elevate our status in the eyes of my would be followers that we are a credible threat. Also any violent actions against my people by the US will energise my base and bring me new recruits and funds. So if I can getthe US to react to my potential threat they will help me build my organization.
