the best lead program is probably the 7.62 fired by the M-14, though many people like the fifty cal round-----oh, leadership----
USMC Platoon Leaders Class was pretty good leadership trainnig---but as far as programs, the military doesn't have any of particular note--at least none I have seen.
Though not strictly Leadership books, I thought that Band of Brothers and We were Soldiers Nce and Young were both good. Makes you draw inferences but I think that is better anyway. Deense of ROurck's Drift (?) and In Search of the Warrior Spirit are also good---and if that isn't what I said last time then someone else was posting under my name---
