I was so hoping you would - gives me a lump in my throat too.

There's a movie I remember from years ago "Oh What A Lovely War" (Richard Attenborough directed it). Unfortunately, it isn't available on DVD or video because I would love to be able to see it again: it's about World War I and there's such a sense of sad futility to it.
