all three trainings:

SEAL, RANGER, and GB's is a guy named Jeff Kraus...and he wrote a book titled "You Want Us To Do What?"....
I thought that was very interesting...I am going to do more Googling and see what I can find about this guy...like to see a picture of him:)...But they probably had to adjust his medication after all that;0
