Thank you for your advice and kind words. I will try some of these techniques and see what works. Our family went to Vancouver 2 months ago, what an awesome city, and I took the annual girls trip to Vegas a month ago, so I travel, but I guess I used to enjoy it and now I panic through the entire process.
