Yep ~ Catherine Mann's book Private Maneuvers, Darcy "Wren" Renshaw and former CIA operative and now AFOSI civilian Max "Spike" Keagan.

and, a not as well advertised but more accurate reason behind the banning of visible tatoos is because of their more widespread use by violent gangs and white supremicist groups! that's what's meant by the ones banned completely by the Army.
