I really like kids. I only sub where my daughters go to school so we leave and come home together. The key to subbing is to have a few clear rules and never make an idle threat. If you say it, do it. Once kids know the rules and that they will be enforced, everyone can have fun. When I teach Jr High I tease them a lot. Gotta have a little fun, right?
