leaving caps in the letters that are going to be the anacronym the next. Most people will follow that. Unless the next time you use it is 3 chapters down.. should use it again quickly and then people will remember.

Also, most don't fully understand the religion of Afganistan. The last pp in the first chapter... I understood why her brother could assault her.. most don't. You need to flesh stuff like that out more.

My 2 cents worth :) Need to read the rest. I am enjoying it so far.
