Temporary Archive: Suzanne Brockmann's Message Board

Walked along the waterfront path for an hour with a friend - not too much of a hardship to look at Sausalito harbour and the Golden Gate bridge. Made dreadful pancakes (forgot baking powder). Drove out to the Pacific Ocean and stopped high above Muir Beach where there are these 1940 concrete bunkers. During the 2nd world war artillery men used to search for enemy ships in the Pacific (if anyone has seen the movie Foul Play, where I was this afternoon overlooks Route 1, the road Goldie Hawn drove). Finished w/lunch at the Pelican Inn: their menu says Lunch, Dinner, Lodging and Ales and I had a Harps Lager and Lime. Now can I go back to posting? (So funny - we go into the restaurant - it's the 11th inning - I think da*n, I'll miss the end of the game - come out - it's the 18th inning and I haven't missed a thing!)
