Please tell us you were kidding about the draft idea. I don't see how our economy could support paying that many troops. Then there is the whole reduction in the tax base, it just doesn't make financial sense. But wait, we are talking about the US government here, right, so I guess things don't have to make financial sense - ergo our national debt - $7,975,711,260,894.45
