government basically disappeared the guy for talking---granted he was talking about a dirty bomb, but he had neither the ability, nor materials to conduct the attack. I think it is a real stretch to conclude he was a threat and certainly as a citizen should have had rights with regard to his accusers, confinement etc-- instead of having same stripped away because he was declared an enemy combatant
