Re: they wrote a set of parameters--people could do anything they wanted within those parameters.

I would disagree here - their parameters applied specifically to white men at that time, some of whom owned slaves (in terms of representation slaves counted as 3/5 of a whole person and were referred to as "other persons")and women were not included in those parameters. So to me it's clear that the language was not ever intended to be all-encompassing for all human beings, at that time. So why or how could/should it be construed in that manner today, if your premise is their parameters and/or their intent?

Re: I challenge any of you to find where the Constitution is prejudical to United States citizens---

see I think this is readily apparent and I would say the answer is contained within the language itself. The first ten amendments and the 14th too, those amendments specifically says that it/they apply "to all-persons" indicating by and large that the scope here is everyone, but these would be the only items that do apply to everyone, unless so stipulated. Especially if you consider those who were excluded in the original "parameters".

Going now to look for more "all persons" phrases!
