They are dissing our AF guys!!
Actually the AF guys/girls are there just farther ahead of everyone...
all laughter aside- lots of AF pilot types lift weights (helps with the G's) and jet jocks tend to be smaller than you'd think. The cockpits are fairly tight places. No pun intended.
The rest of the AF does run, swim or whatever it takes to pass the yearly endurance test-seriously. Think it's a bike test these days but it used to be a run in a certain amount of time.
