I wondered if you agree with General Myers assessment and the comparison he stated? Would you offer your thoughts on this please.

What type of possible scenarios do you see for the region -in the event we leave unfinished business there vs. seeing it to a proper conclusion and
how would you define a "proper conclusion" for what has been started there?
