who Susan Kelo is? Was she the property owner in the recent court decision that allowed local governments to assert immanent domain when a corporation wants to build something (like a strip mall) that they think will benefit the local community? I think this decision sucks!!

In terms of making our government sort of self perpetuating though. The few court rulings that favor citizens over corporations, such as the Ralph Nader suit against GM, which the court up held, keeps citizens from having a broad base of support to really radically change the way the government is run.
